PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit uses a unique deparaffinization to lyse and release DNA from paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and through efficient lysis and proteinase K treatment, the silica membrane specifically adsorbs DNA in a high salt and low pH environment, while washing the DNA and remove proteins, inorganic salt ions and many organic impurities, thus achieving high-quality DNA extraction. It can be well applied to DNA extraction for manual operation or high-throughput automated paraffin tissue sectioning (Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded).
