The report showed that the test results of all samples from SuZhou SpaceSeq Medlab owned by XiaMen SPACEGEN were completely consistent with the expected results, with zero points deducted, zero false positive and zero false negative. The final examination result was full score of 100 points, demonstrating the professionalism and accuracy of SuZhou SpaceSeq Medlab in the detection of tumor free DNA gene mutation high-throughput sequencing.

The National Interlaboratory Quality Evaluation Plan for high-throughput sequencing Detection of Tumor Free DNA(ctDNA) Gene Mutation can evaluate the detection ability and bioinformatics analysis ability of tumor body cell mutation NGS of participating laboratories. It comprehensively inspected the detection ability of participating laboratories in the fields of point mutation/short segment insertion loss/copy number variation/structural variation and low-frequency variation of NGS sequencing data, and found common problems in detection and analysis as well as special problems existing in certain laboratories, thus promoting the laboratories to comprehensively improve detection and analysis ability.
