Recently, the College of American Pathologists (CAP) announced the results of NGSST-B proficiency certification in the second half of 2022. The report shows that SpaceGen examination results are completely consistent with the official CAP results, and passed the CAP Inter-laboratory Quality Assessment with a perfect score. It has once again proved that SpaceGen has the ability to provide high-quality tumor clinical testing services, and the level of genetic testing has reached the international advanced level.

The NGSST project is a test used by CAP to evaluate the ability of NGS-based methods to detect gene mutations in solid tumors. It includes 3 detection samples, and the detection genes include: EGFR, BRAF, MET, KRAS and other tumor-related genes. The full score passed the CAP certification, once again proving the accuracy and reliability of SpaceGen’s testing results and reports.
